Hello once again! Hope y’all had fun at the Bar Slam and got some PR’s, ate all the food, and saw some cool costumes!
Monday, we start off the day with a snatch EMOM and then straight into another EMOM with rowing, bar facing burpees, double unders, and more snatches. I hope you guys are ready to “Rumble.”
Tuesday, we have everything! First, back squats, then squat cleans, and then all put together in a “Little Green Bag” for you will be some biking, thrusters, and dual DB front rack walking lunges. Goodbye legs… Seriously.
Wednesday, I don’t want to be “Stuck in the Middle with You” but nonetheless we have running, toes to bar, farmers carries, dual DB bench presses, and strict pull ups.
Thursday, we have a combo of push presses and deadlifts for our strength piece and then “Unchained” which has wall walks, hang power cleans, and push jerks.
Friday, we’re gonna get all sorts of gymnasty to start the day and then hit “Misirlou” which is a fun chipper style WOD containing wall balls, rowing, burpee box jump overs, and ring muscle ups.
Saturday, get your workout buddy because we have a fun partner workout called “Goodnight Moon” that has running, ground to overheads, and overhead walking lunges… and it’ll all be done with a plate… and no, not your favorite dish you serve food on… the other type of plate… the heavier one.
