How was your weekend? Was it restful and rejuvenating? We hope so because we’re not holding anything back this week.We’re coming out of the gate hot on Monday. We’ll be honoring some beautiful human lives in the hero workout, “Lumberjack 20.” This workout will test a little bit of everything so bring a strong mental game. On Tuesday we have, “Against the Clock.” Time will seem to be passing slower than usual as we burpee, squat, and L-sit our way to victory. Wednesday will test our ability to move quickly between ring muscle-ups and sumo deadlift high pulls. No need for overthinking in this workout, so we won’t overthink the name. Let’s just call it “Muscle-Ups.” On Thursday, we’ll give those arms a break and focus on legs with 5 heavy sets of “Split Squats.” Also, there may be running. May? Ok, fine. There will be running. On Friday, we’ll keep it simple with some good old-fashioned CrossFit. “I Like That Boulder” will be a 16 minute AMRAP of dubz, push-ups, and inverted ring rows. Then, it’s “Esquat” Saturday! We’ll have ascending weight squat cleans sandwiched between high-volume wall balls. Your legs will be temporarily out of service. “No, it doesn’t get any easier.
