Hi guys! Now that Halloween is over, are you ready for Christmas?
Monday, the “Backstreet Boys” are gonna get us through some double unders, overhead squats, and toes to bar. Yes, we will be listening to their music all day long, so prepare.
Tuesday, we’ll tune in to some “Boyz II Men” while we row, do some burpee box get overs, and then row some more. The slow jams will really help us get through this gnarly WOD.
Wednesday, the “New Kids on the Block” will be tearing it up with calories on the bike and hang power cleans.
Thursday brings you a simple one with running and air squats, this one is called “Hanson”.
Friday, we have an Open WOD! 16.3! This one has power snatches and bar muscle ups. These are always spicy as heck!
Finally, Saturday for Veteran’s Day, we will be completing 1,000 step ups. Some of you know this workout as “CHAD” - in honor of Navy SEAL Chad Wilkinson who took his life on October 29, 2018 due to the effects of numerous deployments, several TBIs, blast wave injuries and PTSD.
