QUICK ANNOUNCEMENTS:
- We are closed for Thanksgiving and have added an at-home workout for you.
- Friday there will be one class at 8:30am.
- Saturday will be a normal day!
Okay! Monday, we first start off with some bench pressing and then “You can’t have Thanksgiving without Turkey” in this case, you can’t have your pull-ups without your wall balls…
Tuesday, our strength piece includes a complex of front squats, push presses, and push jerks, then… ”Ciders mulling, turkey’s turkeying, yams are yamming” power’s cleaning and boxes are jumping.
Wednesday, bring yours because “These are my Thanksgiving Pants.” We’ll be wearing them as we get through some burpees, rowing, and running. Then we’ll have some time for some pull-up progressions. Yay!
Thursday, will be your at-home WOD, so grab a buddy and get to running, doing some alternating leg v-ups, and then some air squats.
Friday, we’ll start the day off with a snatch deadlift and power snatch complex and then this double under and thruster workout will definitely make you say “I’m gonna take a nap. Turkey makes me sleepy.” Switch out “turkey” for “thrusters”.
Saturday, oh no! “They’ve ruined Cranberry Day.” It’s okay though, we’ll make it up with a few dumbbell box step ups and alternating hang dumbbell snatches. You’ll forget about how cranberry day was ruined real fast.
“We tend to forget that happiness doesn’t come as a result of getting something we don’t have, but rather of recognizing and appreciating what we do have.” —Friedrich Koenig
