Happy Rest Day! Let’s see what we have for our non-rest days coming up.
Monday, we have some Murph prep with “Tennessee” which brings us running, strict pull ups, push ups, and air squats.
Tuesday, we start with some squat snatches and then we have “Diane Bailey” which is a remix benchmark. It’s a 21-15-9 couplet of heavy deadlifts and strict HSPUs.
Wednesday, we’re taking a trip to the “Great Smoky Mountains” where we’ll find calories on the bike and….. nope, that’s it. Just calories… on the bike. But thennn, we get to have some fun on the ropes and dial in our skills on rope climbs.
Thursday, we start off with some power cleans and then hit up “Dollywood” which has wall balls, double unders, and wall walks. YIKES!
Friday, we get to work on our snatch strength with some snatch push presses and snatch balances. Then we have “Cookeville” which has bar facing burpees and thrusters. Oh… and a nasty little sprint finisher.
Saturday, we have a team of two workout called “Music City”. This one has calories on the bike, farmer carries, power snatches, and muscle ups.
