Hello again everyone! Now that the Open is over, let’s see what we have in store for the week.
Monday starts it off with a power clean / push jerk EMOM, then we’ll get into “The Little Mermaid” with running, pull ups, HSPU, and sit ups… I’ll let you ponder which of those movements might be strict ;)
On Tuesday, we have a deadlift piece, then we’ll head “Under the Sea” with dumbbell box step ups and push ups. Don’t forget your floaties!
Wednesday brings us booty gains with back squat before we meet “Ariel + Prince Eric” with Calories on the Assault Bike, Toes to Bar, Overhead Squats, and Bar Facing Burpees. That’s true love right there.
Thursday is a bro day starting off with bench press, then getting into “King Triton” with rowing and jumping split lunges.
Friday will be a longer EMOM called “Ursula” with Double Unders, Squat Snatch, Shuttle Run, and GHD’s. Poor unfortunate souls.
Finishing it off strong on Saturday with our favorite little dudes “Sebastian + Flounder” with Rope Climb, Wall Walks, and Calorie on the bike.
