Happy Sunday!
Let’s start the week off with “Megatron”, a lovely little workout with a bunch of cals on the bike, dumbbell deadlifts, hang power cleans, and shoulder to overhead. Then, there will be some accessory work to top it off.
Tuesday will consist of a 20 min AMRAP with shuttle runs, lunges, and handstand walks. This one is all about efficient transportation…I guess.
Hump day jump day will be called “Ironhide” and involve bar-facing burpees, squat cleans, and box jump overs.
Get ready to “Blackout” on Thursday with jump roping, pull-ups, rowing, and strict handstand push-ups. Then we’ll back squat just to finish off strong.
On Friday, we have “Bumblebee” which is power snatches for time!
Saturday will be a partner workout with bike cals, rope climbs or muscle ups, and more bike cals. Don’t ask how many rope climbs… you don’t want to know.
The monthly challenge for August is an Ab Challenge with different core workouts every weekday. It's time to earn those abs!
Also, starting August 7th for the next 6 weeks, our Gymnastic Cycle will be focusing on Toes to Bar. We about to get gymnasty y’all!!
