WEEKLY WOD OVERVIEW FOR JUNE 24TH TO 30TH, 2024

Alrighty guys as the month of June comes to a close we are going to Up your spirits this week. Let’s do this!

Monday starts us off with a workout consisting of double unders, toes to bar and back squats. The one caveat to this workout is you’ll have to pick that pesky bar “Up” from the floor each round. Additionally, we get to practice some rope climbs that we will have later in the week.

Tuesday, we will work on our shoulder press and seated banded Lat pull down as a strength piece. Afterwards, there is a for time workout of rowing and handstand walks or wall walks brought to you by “Carl and Ellie”.

Wednesday’s strength piece starts off with front squats and seated box jumps after each set. Then we will take a trip to “Paradise Falls” with the air bike, rope climbs and box jump overs. Surely we will make it there lickety split ;)

Thursday’s WOD has some V ups, line facing burpees, burpees to target and burpee broad jumps in “I do not like the Cone of Shame”. Then right after there’s a mini pump leg day consisting of split stance dumbbell RDL’s, and calf raises.

For Friday, we start off the day with a squat snatch strength piece. Then we have a meeting with “Good Afternoon, my name is Russell”. To get ready for it we have to practice our running as well as our clean and jerks. That’s a tall order.  Whew!

Then on Saturday bring your partner because “Adventure is out there!”. In this team of 2 workout there is air bike, ring muscle Ups (see what I did there ;)), and farmers carry lunges.
