WEEKLY WOD OVERVIEW FOR JUNE 19TH TO 25TH, 2023

Hello again you beautiful people! Hope you’re having a great weekend! Let’s see what we have this week.

Monday, we start the week off with some front squats and then eat some “Papa John’s”. Don’t get too excited, it’s not what you’re thinking unfortunately. It’s a whole lot of running, toes to bars, and sit ups.

Tuesday, we have some pausing bench press and then “Domino’s” which has burpee box jump overs and power snatches. Yummy…

Wednesday, “Cici’s” is back in town with a lengthy AMRAP containing calories on the rower, dumbbell deadlifts, dumbbell hang power cleans, and dumbbell shoulder to overhead. 

Thursday, our strength piece will be deadlifts and then we have “California Pizza Kitchen” which has air squats, and MAX calories on the bike. Everyone’s favorite!

Friday, “Cookeville Slice” brings us some dumbbell bench presses, ring rows, and GHD sit ups. Then we have a lower body accessory.

Saturday, we have a team of two workout containing double unders, handstand push ups, sandbag cleans, and power cleans. Can you guess the name of this workout? I’ll give you a joke as a hint. It’s what Hispanics use to cut a pizza… Hehe.
