- It's Monday! Let the gains begin! Get ready for an exciting challenge on Monday as we have the CrossFit Total! For the CrossFit Total we aim to hit our 1 rep max on back squat, shoulder press, and deadlift!
- Tuesday we'll be tackling single leg squats, logging some serious meters on the bike, and crushing pull-ups and push-ups. We believe in your strength, to power through this challenge, so let’s get that mind motivated too!
- Wednesday we’re doing one of your favorite Olympic lifts— yep, the snatch! We’ll be challenging ourselves with some heavy weights over a 15-minute span. After that, we’ll jump right into a fun workout for time with hang power snatches and box jumps! It’s going to be a blast!
- Thursday's workout is a really cool AMRAP lined up featuring running, handstand pushups, and wall balls! It's definitely going to be a challenge!
- Friday’s workout is packed with some of our favorite moves! We’ll be diving into Russian kettlebell swings and double unders, knocking out those reps together! Afterwards, we’ve got some exciting skill work in the form of Turkish get-ups that’s sure to challenge you!
- On Saturday grab your workout buddy for a 21 minute AMRAP that is going to be a blast! In this workout we have rowing for calories, burpees over the rower, and power clean. It's sure to be a fun time together, so come join the excitement!
