WEEKLY WOD OVERVIEW FOR JANUARY 27TH TO FEBRUARY 2ND, 2025

• Happy Monday! Let's kick off the week with an exciting AMRAP of burpees targeting a target, along with some single-leg squats! Challenge yourself and leave it all on the mat! Then stay for some sled work to finish the day off.

• Get excited for Tuesday because we’re diving into the CF benchmark WOD - Isabel! Starting the day with a quick snatch strength session and then hitting the full Isabel WOD!

• This Wednesday, we’ve got a killer workout! Get ready for chest-to-bar pull-ups, single dumbbell push presses, and double-unders for time. Let’s bring our A-game!

• Thursday is all about heavy back squats! We’ll do 5 tough sets at the same challenging weight instead of just one heavy set of 5. Time to warm up and ease into those first working sets, but keep form in check. Lift heavy, but don’t sacrifice technique!

• Friday let’s start the day with some fun rope climbing practice! Then, we’ll dive into Thursday’s WOD, which includes 5 rounds of rowing for calories and front rack lunges.

• Team up for Saturday’s workout! It’ll be a fun challenge with runs and muscle-ups.
