Monday, we have a lighter than usual strength piece with the push press and then “T-T-T-TODAY, JUNIOR!” with an interesting ladder of power snatches, thrusters, and bar facing burpees. Yeah, you heard me, did I stutter?
Tuesday, a long one awaits us with rowing, handstand walks, and toes to bar. Yes, “You Are Correct” this is going to be a gnarly one.
Wednesday, we start with back squats and then dive straight into “Veronica Vaughn” which is a quick AMRAP of dubz, American KBS, and goblet squats.
Thursday, if you take the bus, make sure “The Bus Driver” gets you there on time for all the biking, step overs, pull ups, OH carries, and rope climb fun we are gonna have!
Friday, “Billy Madison” is in the house! He brings running, deadlifts, hang power cleans, and push jerks. Yikes!
Saturday, we have a team of FIVE workout called “O’Doyle Rules” which has GHD sit ups, burpee box jumps, overhead squats, and burpee pull ups.
