Hi.Well, well, well... what WoD’s will we have this wonderful week?Monday, we’re getting right to the point. This kinda point ---> (.) 18.2. It’s another CrossFit Open workout and it’s a two-parter. Part one: DB squats and bar-facing burpees. Part deux: Max clean. You’ll have 12 minutes to complete them both. Tuesday, it’s “Tippity Toes.” This will be two separate AMRAPs with dubz, knees-to-elbows, and toes-to-bar. On Wednesday, we’ll be doin’ a dissected version of a benchmark workout. “Dissected Seven” is 7 rounds of 7 HSPU’s, 7 thrusters, and 7 burpees. Thursday we’ve got “Runderful”, it’ll be simply wonderful! It’s got MB slams, MB V-ups, MB walking lunges, and something else… oh yeah, running. On Friday, we’ve got “Overhead Squats.” We’ll test our abilities with the world’s most unforgiving lift as we work up to a heavy one-rep overhead squat. Grab your partner for Saturday.
