Happy Sunday everyone, we hope you’re having a wonderful and restful weekend. Here’s what we have this week:
Monday, we start with some deadlifts and then we have the “Leaning Tower of Pisa” which has an obsession with the number seven along with hang power snatches and box jump overs. Afterwards, we’ll have some time to work on our chest to bar pull ups.
Tuesday, we have back squats and then “Big Ben” which has calories on the bike, toes to bar, sandbag carries, and bar muscle ups. I know the gymnastics lovers are going crazy right now!
Wednesday is bench press day followed by the “Effiel Tower” which consists of shuttle runs, handstand walks, and more running, and more walking.
Thursday, we’ll start the day off with some power clean and jerks. After that, we’ll be attending the “Sydney Opera House” to do some air squats, push ups, and wall balls. Sheesh!
Friday, don’t get scared when “The Ghost” comes out to haunt us with calories on the rower, burpees, and double unders!
Saturday, “Big Brad” will have some double unders, walking lunges, dumbbell snatches, and bar muscle ups waiting for us. Oh… and you can do this with a buddy! Then we’ll work on those chest to bar pull ups again.
