Happy weekend everyone! Let’s see what we have in store this week.
Monday, we’ll start off the day with some deadlifts and then have some “Omelets” with some added calories on the bike, deadlift seasoning, and a spice we like to call strict handstand push ups.
Tuesday, we get to work on our power snatch and then have some “Quiche” except this one is made up of only two ingredients; toes to bar and burpee broad jumps.
Wednesday, we have some bench press to start us off and then “Deviled Eggs” I bet you’ve never had this kind. These have calories on the rower and push ups.
Thursday, back squats for our strength piece and then “Sunny Side Up” which has double unders, dumbbell front squats, and box jump overs.
Friday is the first Open Workout 24.1!! We can’t wait to find out what it is!
Saturday, is a team of two workout that has calories on the bike and rower, running, box step ups, and burpees. Yum!
