Monday’s workout you might say “Yikes” with a new movement being introduced. This quick chipper involves two advanced gymnastics skills of rope climbs and handstand pushups with some heavy Overhead barbell Lunges. Coming in on Tuesday we will test our max dubz to complete this month’s focus. Then the med ball is our best friend, right “Wilson”? This training session is a 3 round WOD of running with and without the med ball as well as med ball cleans separated by a one minute of rest. Wednesday is sponsored by Gun’s & Roses with “Welcome To The Jungle”. Expect to wall climb, (applaud) clapping pushups, parallette pass throughs, GHD situps and weighted hip extensions. Then Thursday’s version of “Bambi” on the 1st day of October will test your leg stamina with a 20 minute AMRAP of wallballs and back squats while performing dubz beginning with and every 2 minutes after. Friday’s focus will be mostly on weightlifting with a running finisher at the end. Look to find the heaviest load for 3 hang squat cleans plus 1 front squat. Finally this Saturday’s games workout we are completing is “Damn Diane”.
