WEEKLY WOD OVERVIEW FOR DECEMBER 23RD TO 29TH, 2024

• On Monday, you’ll take on a classic 21-15-9 rep scheme of KB swings with a large amount of double unders to follow each round. Then get ready for a fun sandbag strength piece to follow! 

• Tuesday - Get ready for a challenging yet exciting WOD that we only do once a year “12 DAYS OF CROSSFIT!” I can't wait to see how quickly you can finish it! We’ll be doing wall walks, runs, strict presses, overhead squats, burpees, pull-ups, thrusters, hang power cleans, TTBs, rowing, power snatches, and even calories on the bike.

• Wednesday - CLOSED MERRY CHRISTMAS! 

• This Thursday let's make those holiday calories count! Today, we're diving into a fun workout with 2 rounds for time, featuring alternating DB snatches and wall ball shots! Pick weights that feel right for you, so you can keep the energy up and keep chipping away at those reps!

• For Friday we have a couplet of deadlifts and wallwalks that’ll challenge you powerlifting and gymnastic skills. Oh but wait, before the WOD we’ll build to a heavy single deadlift.

• Then Saturday’s WOD will bring back some nostalgia! Remember 23.1? We sure do! Today, we've got a fun 14-minute AMRAP lined up for you, featuring calories on the rower, toes to bar, wall ball shots, cleans, and push-ups! But this time you can use a partner.
