Monday we’ve got “Pull Metal Jacket.” We’ll be increasing the weight over 3 separate 5-minute EMOMs of weighted pull-ups. On Tuesday, we’re testing a new CrossFit girl workout. Meet “Ingrid.” She gon’ hurt ya. Ingrid is 10 rounds of 3 snatches and 3 burpees over the bar. On Wednesday make sure you “Mile for the Camera.” It’s 3 rounds of box jumps, sit-ups, back squats, and barbell wipers. All of this is followed by a mile run buy-out. On Thursday, the “Devil’s in the Details.” This is also 3 rounds. Each round is a 4-minute AMRAP with hang power cleans, single DB devil’s presses, and wall balls. Friday is 21.6! Maybe we’ll give you some clues throughout the week. On Saturday we’ve got a partner workout. “Best Buds” has rowing, buddy carries, deadlifts, and lateral jumps over the barbell. That’s it.
