Here we are again, getting ready to start a new week of fun! Let’s see what we have in store for you…Monday starts off with some push press strength, followed by “Tainted Love”, which is a triplet of GHD sit-ups, running, and thrusters. Good luck trying to sing along during the workout!On Tuesday, we have unilateral strength work, bar muscle-up work, and “Steal My Sunshine”, a 16 min EMOM of bar muscle-ups, dubz, and dual dumbbell front rack walking lunges. Wednesday brings us plyo work to start, then a hang power snatch piece followed by “Bitter Sweet Symphony” containing strict handstand push-ups, American kettlebell swings, and cals on the bike. Talk about bitter…On Thursday, “You Get What You Give” when testing your stamina throughout the shoulders, back and midline with dual DB bench press, toes to bar, wall balls, and strict pull-ups. Friday it’s “No Rain”, but that doesn’t mean no sweat. This workout consists of rowing, burpee box jump-overs, and power clean + push jerk. Get ready to chip your way through this one!Saturday we have a little bit of Murph prep with a partner, so choose wisely.
