Hello, hello! How are everyone’s muscles doing? Good? Great! Then they’re ready for some more action. Let’s see what kind’ve action they’ll see this week.
Monday, we start the day with some power snatches and then go into “Red Snapper” which is a remix of Cindy that includes running!
Tuesday, get ready for “Wahoo” as it brings us calories on the bike and burpees. Yuck and YUCK! But wait, there’s more! We have a “mini” pump sesh that will realllyyyyy tax out the core.
Wednesday, we get to work on our cleaning strength (so bring your spongers… jk) and then we have “Blue Marlin” which has double unders, kettlebell swings, and front squats. Buy-bye widdle leggies.
Thursday, our strength session includes a couple of shoulder to overhead variations and then we have the “Kingfish” which has rowing and overhead lunges.
Friday, I hope you guys are hungry because we won’t have just one mahi, we’ll have “Mahi-Mahi” which has calories on the bike, toes to bar, and dumbbell snatches. Then a nice little finisher to finish off the upper body.
Saturday, we’ll take on the “Swordfish” with a buddy! Get ready for some rope climbs, burpee box get overs, and wall balls. Then another “mini” pump that will most definitely crush… I mean tax… I mean… Let’s just say it’s leg day…
