Hope everyone had a nice, relaxing weekend and is ready to get back to it!On Monday, we’re going to start with some pause front squat for strength, then our conditioning piece called “Undertow” is going to bring us two AMRAPS containing dubz, dumbbell thrusters, and devils press. Hope everyone can swim!Tuesday, we’ll jump around a little bit and then hit “Fear Inoculum” which has a bit of running, snatches, ring muscle ups, clean and jerks, and toes to bar. You gotta be a jack of all CrossFit traits for this one.On Wednesday, we have a spicy sprint style AMRAP with only two movements: wall walks and dual DB step-overs. Don’t worry, this looks simple on paper but it’ll get your heart rate going pretty quickly!Thursday, we’re going to start with some rowing skill work and then go into “Descending” which is a 3:1 work:rest ratio. Yay for built-in rest! But… This workout has all the things we love like burpees, rowing, the assault bike, and more burpees. Yup, all the things we love.On Friday we have a new and fun jumping piece that’ll make us feel “Invincible” and ready to take on a 12min AMRAP that has strict HSPU’s, power cleans, pull ups, and air squats.Saturday wraps up the week, this WOD will make you want to “Crawl Away!” Why? Because it’s a 20 minute partner wod containing American KBS, Box Jump Overs, heeaaavvvyyyyy Deadlifts, running, and GHD sit-ups. Seriously, goodbye legs!Anywho, hope y’all had a relaxing weekend!
