Howdy, everyone!
We have some wild stuff in store this week! Let’s check it out!
On Monday, we’ll be taking a trip to “Madagascar” with back squats, air squats, and some recovery bike (don’t hear that one every day!).
Tuesday’s strength is unbroken and will be high clean pulls, hang power cleans, and front squats. “Alex and Marty” will then run us through a fun little one with devil press and sit-ups.
Hump day is no other than “King Julian” with max distance running. I really hope you like to move it!
On Thursday, we start with snatch work strength followed by “Skipper” involving power cleans and burpee broad jumps.
Friday will be spent with “Melman” but don’t get the wrong idea… we will be rowing, handstand push-upping, regular push-upping, and dumbbell bench pressing
Saturday you and a buddy will be saying, “I like to move it, move it” with even more fun including dubz, rope climbs, and overhead squats.
