What’s up everybody!
Hope you had a great weekend and are ready and recharged for this week!
Monday will start off by blowing up the arms with a bench press and bent over row EMOM. Then we’re gonna “Mess Around” with some rope climbs and bar facing burpees.
Tuesday, we have another EMOM, this time with paused front squats. Oh, and “I’ve Got News For You,” we have alt. DB snatches, B step-overs, and wall balls. Oh, I can feel the soreness now!
Wednesday we will begin with some gymnasty work, specifically on the ring muscle up and then go into “that Lucky Old Sun” which has ring muscle ups, GHD sit ups, and deadlifts.
Thursday, I hope your butt isn’t too sore because we have some rowing, rowing, and did I mention rowing? Well if your butt isnt sore before this, it sure will be after this!
Friday we have more butt work as we start with box squats and then go into “Night Time is the Right Time” which has wall walks and squat cleans.
Saturday, we have “Always Remembered.” This workout is dedicated to the lives lost on September 11th, 2001. In the words of John F. Kennedy, "As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them." This workout is partnered with rowing, rope climbs and the bear complex.
“Even the smallest act of service, the simplest act of kindness, is a way to honor those we lost, a way to reclaim that spirit of unity that followed 9/11.”— Barack Obama
