Hey guys!
Hope you’ve all recovered enough from last week to tackle the next!
“Silly Rabbit, Trix are for Kids” and obviously that means we will be doing strict pull-ups, and air squats, all right after a power clean and jerk strength piece.
For Tuesday’s strength, we will be doing some deadlifts then go into our wod with more deadlifts and burpees over the bar, and we all know they are “They’re Magically Delicious”.
Wednesday starts with bench press strength, then listen to the “Snap! Crackle! Pop!” as we get going on some rowing, shoulder to overhead, and toes to bar!
Thursday will be back squat day, followed by “The taste you can see!” with dumbbell walking lunges, double unders, and cals on the bike!
Friday starts off with a little bit of gymnastics skill review, then you’ll be “cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs” with some ascending reps of power cleans and wall walks!
Saturday is a partner wod in which you’ll complete some back squats, burpee box get overs, and dumbbell partner carry. These moves aren’t good… “They’re GR-R-REAT!
