Hey y’all! You ready for another week of torture… I mean fun?!
Monday, we’ll start the week off with some snatch cycling and then go into “Scarlet Begonias” which has wall walks, burpee box jump overs, and toes to bar.
Tuesday, our strength piece involves pressing some weight overhead and then, once the arms are shot, we’ll see “What I Got” left in me with some hang power cleans, thrusters, and shoulder to overhead reps.
Wednesday, everyone’s favorite lift to start off the day. You pick it up and you put it down… The deadlift!! Then we’ll all be “Doin’ Time” as we get through a nasty piece that has deadlifts and chest to bar pull-ups… with a twist.
Thursday, depending on the weather, you’ll either be a “Badfish” or a “Goodfish”. Either way, you’ll be doing some running, biking, and more running.
Friday, we have more booty gainz waiting for us as we get through a back squat and front squat strength piece. Then the “Rivers of Babylon” will be calling our names as we row, squat, and do some handstand push ups.
Saturday, we’ll take some time to get gymnasty with it and then hit “Santeria” which is a partner WOD that has dumbbell facing burpees, bar muscle ups, dumbbell snatches, weighted strict pull ups, and GHD sit ups. Sounds funnnnnnnnn!
