Well, don’t worry we’ve got you covered with a new week of fitness!Monday starts with a Clean barbell complex of Clean Pull + Hang Squat Clean + TnG Squat Clean moving into an unexplainably juicy workout called “Starburst”. This is an every 3:30 min for 5 sets of Dubz, DB Step-overs and DB Hang Squat Cleans. On Tuesday, we have Handstand Walks and Holds to practice while finishing off the day with “Taste the Rainbow”. This is a 16-minute EMOM of 1 minute each, 4 times through of, Calorie Row, Handstand Walks, Bike for Calories and Toes to Bar. Then on Wednesday, we have an EMOM 6 of Thrusters + Front Squats and a 15 rep Back Squat to complete before moving on to “Warheads'' which is a 4 round workout of Running, Rope Climbs and Wallballs. Thursday starts with every 2 minutes for 6 sets of Power Snatch practice then another AMRAP style workout of GHD situps, Hang KB Snatch and Burpee Box Jump Overs called “Twizzler”. For Friday, get ready for some Deadlift strength training right before completing “Diane”. This is a 21-15-9 CrossFit classic benchmark workout that consists of Deadlifts and Handstand Push-ups. Finally, on Saturday, our workout “Smarties” requires a foursome to complete.
