Good day everyone!
Monday, we start the week off with some good ol’ front squats and then go to “America the Beautiful” which has bench press and rowing! Oh yeah!
Tuesday, we have “The Ginger” which is a lengthy AMRAP of running, thrusters, and pull ups. We’d also like to remind you that there is a schedule change. We will only be having classes at 6:30AM, 8:30AM, and 12:00PM, we will be CLOSED for the remainder of the day.
Wednesday, we have “American Flag on the Moon” which has calories on the assault and more calories on the bike. Then… After poopin’ out the legs, we get to work on some pistols. YAY!
Thursday, our strength piece is the bench press and then “Stars and Stripes Forever”, a nice combo of bar facing burpees, power snatches, and v-ups.
Friday, we start the day by deadlifting some heavy weight and Strict Handstand Push-ups. Then “God Bless America” which has double unders and thrusters… again. Phew! What a way to celebrate “Merica!
Saturday, it’s a party of two workout, so it’ll be a “Party in the USA” with some running, pullups and devils presses. Then some pistol work and we’ll finish off with a good arm and core pump.
