The final week of October is here. Happy Spooky Season!
First things first. There will be a partner workout on Halloween. It’s going to be amazing. The only thing that can make it more amazing is if you all dress up! So bust out your best costumes and show us what you got!
Here’s what we have in store for the week.
Monday we’ve got “Bro Sesh”. We’ll be getting that chest and booty pump by supersetting heavy bench presses and deadlifts. It’ll be booty and boobie gainz day. On Tuesday we’re getting extra functional with “Groceries”. It’ll be 5 rounds of fun with single-unders (you’re welcome, Yoli.), lunges, and sit-ups, followed by a rather lengthy farmer’s carry. That brings us to Wednesday. “Silly Rabbit” will be a classic 21-15-9 couplet featuring deficit handstand push-ups and alternating dumbbell snatches. Thursday’s workout sounds nice. Like, the name just sounds comforting. It’s called, “San Francisco Crippler.” Sweet, huh?! It’s just a few bodyweight back squats and a 1k row. No big deal. Then, on Friday, we’ve got “Don’t Let Go.” It’s another 5 rounder with heavy clean and jerks, rope climbs, and runnin’. Then, on Saturday, it’s freaking Halloween! Our Halloween workout is called, “The Lucky 13 Pumpkin Partner WoD.” It will have you maneuvering mock-pumpkins (medballs) over a myriad of modalities. Mmmm.
Oh yeah, there may be a bit more running. Just a bit.
