Since our Governor has mandated the wear of face coverings. We are asking everyone to at least wear them from their car to the building and in the reverse order when leaving.
Hope everyone had a great weekend and is ready to get this week of fitness started! Monday’s workout will raise some “EYEBROWS” with burpee bar muscle ups, hang squat snatches and over and unders with 1, 2, 3, 4, 5… of each movement in an 18 minute AMRAP. For Tuesday, put on those overalls and hang on for some pulling with “GREEN ACRES”. This workout has farmer’s carries, front squats and inverted ring rows all nicely packed into sets of 30-20-10. On Wednesday we will have an open mic for a “GOOD JOKE”. In this push press strength piece look to perform 3 push presses every minute for at least 20 minutes while adding 10 to 20 pounds every 5 minutes. Thursday brings us one of the classic girls named workouts “HELEN”. This classic piece is 3 rounds for time of running, kettlebell swings and pullups. Coming in on Friday, there will be another strength piece called “BRO’S DREAM” where we will hit a heavy back squat for a 5-3-1. Finally finishing out the week on Saturday, there’s an “IMAGINARY PARTNER IN CRIME” where we will row, carry a wreck bag, deadlift and lateral jump over the bar every 6 minutes for 3 rounds.
