Hola! What do we have coming up next week?

Okay! Monday, say goodbye to your legs cuz we have a Front Squat strength piece that goes into a spicy, sprint-style WOD, “An Acceptable Surrender” that includes an ascending rep scheme of dual DB front squats and lateral burpees over the DB’s….. Yaaaayyyyyyyyy….
Tuesday is “Meaner than Evil” because it is a lengthy one that has allllll things in it. We’re looking at Ring Muscle Ups, Dubz, Strict HSPU, Deadlifts, and Toes to Bar… I think that’s it. That’s not too bad, right? Right!
Wednesday, we’re starting with a fun snatch complex that I’m sure everyone is so excited about! (especially Micah… and Karina… I could be here all day haha) Then, the “Freight Trains and Monsters” will come out when we start our 14min AMRAP of DB Hang Snatches, Burpee Box Jump Overs, and Wall Balls!
Thursday, “The Unraveling” curse words will be flying all over the gym while we spend a good amount of time on the rower, and maybe a little time on the bike and running. Just come, okay? Stop shaking your head… Kristin.
Friday, “Touching Your Enemy” will be our Open Prep Conditioning which only means one thing… Lungs. Will. Be. On. FIRE!… We got Chest to Bar Pull-Ups, Wall Walks, and Squat Cleans that’ll get heavier and heavier as you go through the rounds (hint, hint).
Finally, Saturday, we will be “Enemies by Monday” with this partner WOD. You and your partner will be taking down the Assault Bike, some DB Push Presses, GHD Sit-Ups, and Overhead Walking Lunges. You can split the work up however you’d like so partner up with someone that’ll just do all the work and you’ll be set!
