We hope you enjoyed the beginning of your holiday season. We’ve got another good week planned for you before we close out the new year.
This week’s hours are mostly normal with the exception of Thursday and Friday. Thursday morning classes will be modified. Keep an eye out for the Monday email, we’ll explain in more detail. Friday, we will be closed. Don’t drink too much, cuz we will be open Saturday.
Here comes 2020’s final week of fitness…
Monday is a strength day, but a bit of an atypical one. We’re going to be “Steppin’ Up” with six sets of sexy single-leg step-ups. Hope your emoji game is strong, bring them peaches. On Tuesday we have “Bodyweight Gone Bad.” It’s 3 rounds of 4 movements each on a minute clock. We’ve got rope climbs, floor nose kisses…I mean..burpee box jumps, sit-ups, and walking lunges. Wednesday we have “Partner King Kong.’ King Kong is a gnarly benchmark workout with heavy deadlifts, muscle-ups, heavy cleans, and handstand push-ups. Our partner variation of this workout will just make it… different gnarly. On Thursday we have “Poached Legs.” This is a 25-minute workout with wall balls, push presses, med-ball walking lunges, and med-ball carries done all the different ways. Friday, Happy freakin’ New Year. Lastly, on Saturday, we have “Holy Shoulders, Batman.” That’s 3 rounds of dubz, Turkish get-ups, and kettlebell plank taps.
