Let’s knock some logistics out of the way before we get to the workouts…
‘Tis a season where many of us celebrate many things. Because of these many things, we will be closed a few days this week. On Thursday we will only have morning and afternoon classes. There will be no 4:30 pm or 5:45 pm classes. Then, we will be closed for the rest of the weekend. No classes on Friday or Saturday. Take this time to enjoy festivities, feasts, friends, and/or family.
On Monday we have “Optimus Time.” This will be athlete’s choice! Either a 5k row time trial or a 1 mile run time trial. We’ll also have a nice long mobility session planned for you. Tuesday is when we’ll do our “12 Days of Christmas.” WoD. Most of us are no strangers to this type of workout. It will be long and it will feature a little bit of everything. This one is all about fun and good company. That takes us to Wednesday. We gon’ get swole with “Press Relief.” Strict presses and push presses will be on the menu. Well, if we push Wednesday, we gotta pull on Thursday cuz #balance. Thursday we have “Rowpe Rage.” This features descending distances on the rower and descending reps on rope climbs.
