Halfway through December?! We are about to say goodbye, or perhaps good riddance, to 2020. Let’s make these last few weeks count.
Here’s what we’ve got!
Monday’s workout is called, “Blood Flow.” It features 5 AMRAPs descending in time and alternating between push jerks and wall balls. C’mon, Heart, you can do it. Tuesday is “Power Lift” day. Time to get swole. We are going to find a heavy 1-rep for both the back squat and the bench press. On Wednesday we’ve got “Right Side Up.” This will be 5 rounds of inverted ring rows and front-rack lunges. Thursday is filled with love. And by love, we mean a 24-minute AMRAP with dumbbells, dubz, and death. We call this “Long – Triple D.” It’ll be great. Flying into Friday with “Swing Away.” This will be 5 rounds of pull-ups, dips, and kettlebell swings! On Saturday, you’ll be saying, “What Just Happened?” as you work through 4 rounds of rowing and heavy overhead squats.
