It’s weekly WoD time. Let’s get it.
On Monday we’ve got “Once Upon a Climb.” It’s a 12-minute AMRAP of rope climbs, push presses, and dubz. Tuesday should put a little, “Pep in your Step.” We’re doing 5 sets of 3 heavy step-ups. For Wednesday, we’ve got “Great Balls of Fire.” You’ll be doing a lot of med ball cleans (yes, that’s a squat clean) and ball slams. Thursday features, “Funky Four.” This is 4, 4-minute rounds of a 250m row, DB snatches, and burpee box jumps. On Friday, we’ve got “Bar Bar Binks.” This is a nasty little couplet of heavy thrusters and bar muscle-ups. On Saturday, we’re doing the partner thing again. This time it’s “Partner DT.” DT is 5 rounds of 12 deadlifts, 9 hang power cleans, and 6 push jerks. The partner version is 10 rounds but athletes switch every round.
