Hey everyoneeee! Guess what week it is?? It’s your favorite week!
Yup, that’s right! We are heading into our “Deload” Week for this cycle and with that, we will see a slight drop in some loads and overall volume. This does not mean we will take our foot fully off the gas and we will definitely have some fun here with a few challenging workouts interspersed throughout the week.
Monday, we’ll start off with some jumping and squatting and then go into “Golden Eye” which is a sprint-style workout that includes rowing and squat snatches… Eww.. I mean, yay!
On Tuesday, we will get our swole on some split squat action and single arm overhead pressing fun. Then we’ll go into “Tomb Raider” which includes wall walks, double unders, shoulder to overhead, and strict pull-ups.
Humpday! We are running alongside “Sonic the Hedgehog!” Along with running, we will be riding the bike and getting in some burpees to a 6” target.
Thursday we’ll rep out on some sumo deadlifts and then complete a “Grand Theft Auto.” This is a descending rep scheme of power cleans and box jump overs.
On Friday “Mary” will be paying us a visit! These girls are just so mean. This girl in particular has handstand push-ups, alternating pistols, and pull ups. It’s like Cindy’s cousin on steroids.
Finally, on Saturday things are gonna get crazy with “Super Smash Bros!” This one has the rower, American KBS, double unders, abmat sit-ups and a whole lot of partner fun!
