Hello everyone! 

We are now headed into Week 3 of our current cycle. 

On Monday, we are building on our Snatch Progression as we are now moving to the low hang + adding in an overhead squat. Then “Sheriff Woody” is back in town with some EMOM action containing squat snatches and bar facing burpees. Good day to find a snake in your boot!

On Tuesday, we have a challenging deadlift volume progression that is meant to be more thought of as a cluster set for 15 total reps. Our conditioning piece will make you want some “Hamm” when you’re done; quick AMRAP including toes to bar, front squats, and dubz!

Wednesday we will be adding in both a bench press and single arm push press with a challenging conditioning set that ends with 100/80 Push-Ups. Your arms will go “To infinity and beyond!” 

Our Thursday workout has us coming back to the front foot elevated split squat for sets of 8 reps at a percentage of what we hit back in week 1 of the cycle. Then the grumpy “Mr, Potato Head” will get your heart rate going with rowing, wall balls, rope climbs, and box jumps! 

Then Friday, we are moving into “DT” to work on barbell conditioning and get in a fun classic Hero WOD!

Our weekend is filled with a fun partner relay style workout called “Slinky Dog” that includes pull-ups, overhead walking lunges, GHD sit-ups, and overhead squats.
