Wednesday’s WOD results. For the evening classes we combined reps per round. It will be easier to log your score into Beyond the White board on your mobile device; it will ask for the combined score. If you log it on your computer, it will ask for separate deadlift and pushup scores per round.

Thursday’s WOD:

AMRAP in 8 minutes of:

  • 25 dubz
  • 5 box jumps 24/20
  • 1 squat clean @ 80% of 1 RM (not > 245/165)

Then weightlifting:

  • Jerk 7×3 @ 70%
