It’s December already? Wow, where did this year go? We spent the first 4 months of this year constructing the foundation to the gym (walls, floors, painting, and equipment). Since we opened DDCF back in April it has been a pleasure for Julie and I to see you all make it a real CrossFit community atmosphere. Thank you!

  • snatch balance 5×3

  • 21-15-9
  • dead lift 31% of 1 rm
  • overhead squat (same weight as dead lift)
  • toes to bar
