Monday’s WOD results. Awesome effort 🙂

Slight shuffle to the 1 rep max’s for tomorrow.

Tuesday’s WOD:

  • 20 minutes to find your 1 rep max of back squat
  • 20 minutes to find your 1 rep max of bench press

Then:

3 rounds for time of:

  • 10 back squats @ 40% of 1 rm
  • 10 toes to bar

No matter how you feel… Get up. Dress up. Show up. And never give up.
