Happy Sunday everyone, we hope you had a great weekend! This week we will start off with “Overkill”, this 21-15-9 rep scheme of dumbbell power cleans, box jump overs, dumbbell front squats and toes to bar has a time cap of 15 minutes. Tuesday we are venturing out to “Six Flags”. This 6 round interval piece has a round beginning every 3 minutes, within the time frame you will complete calories on the bike, double unders through the rounds you will build up in weight in your power snatch. The “Bergeron Beep Test”, is a Comptrain classic benchmark workout. On the minute, for as long as possible, you will complete 7 thrusters, 7 pullups and 7 burpees. When you can no longer complete the work within the minute your workout is done, so finding your modifications is going to be vital. Thursday’s fun is called “Vertigo”, which is an AMRAP 18 of 3 movements climbing in reps by 10. As the workout progresses, your Russian kettlebell swings, abmat situps and 10-meter shuttles will accumulate. “Power Wash”, is a 2-round workout, with a round starting every ten minutes. Within the window of time you will complete a longer row, dumbbell power snatches and wall balls, getting to rest for the remaining time of that 10 minutes. Saturday’s big class workout is called “gooDtime.” Which is a team of 3, with a 30-minute time cap. This is a fun variation of the classic workout “DT.” As a team you will complete 5 rounds of DT and then chip away at calories on the assault bike.
