We hope your weekend was filled with love, fun and relaxation. Starting this week off with “Foot Locker”. This is a 2 part workout but you must complete the first couplet before moving to the next. Both are 5 rounds with paired movements of toes to bar and wall balls, then power snatches and overhead squats. Tuesday, we are picking up a heavier barbell with a deadlift focus day. We will start with building to a heavy set of 5 deadlifts and then find ourselves completing an AMRAP called “The Undertaker”. The buy in is calories on the assault bike then with the remaining time you will move through deadlifts, abmat sit ups and double unders. Wednesday, we have a longer conditioning piece with “Long Haul”. Only 2 rounds but we have to chip away at bigger sets of push presses, single dumbbell box step ups, burpees and calories on the rower. Thursday, we are taking on a 3 movement workout with walking lunges, rope climbs and slam balls in an AMRAP 18. Friday, we are moving a heavy barbell again, this time focusing on barbell cycling. We will start our training off with building to a heavy complex of a power clean, front squat and push jerk then hit a repeat workout called “Wise Men”. (7.27.18) This workout is 3 AMRAP 3’s with a 3 minute rest in between of max rounds of “Macho Man” but the weight increases every AMRAP. Saturday is a team of 2 body weight workout. You and your partner will chip away through this AMRAP 20 of pull-ups, pushups, abmat sit ups and air squats.
