We will start our Monday off with a conditioning piece of four movements as fast as possible in a 5-minute window repeating for 5 rounds. Movements include deadlifts, jumping lunges and shuttle runs. Tuesday’s workout slows down as we start with strict gymnastic movements which you will complete 3 sets of max reps of either strict handstand pushups, ring dips or pushups. Then we will get after a simple yet effective combination of burpees and double unders during an AMRAP 12. “Arm and Hammer”, will stir things up on Wednesday, this workout has a buy in and a cash out of clusters which is a squat clean thruster, in between you will find 3 rounds of assault bike calories and chest to bar pullups. Thursdays work includes technique, strength and conditioning. We will focus on technique with a focus on the muscle snatch, then roll into “Four- Square”, which is 5 rounds total with a round starting every 4 minutes. Within your 4-minute window athletes will complete meters on the rower, abmat situps and power snatches. We will be pairing up on Friday and taking on “Stranger Things.” In this AMRAP 25 you and your partner will climb in reps after both completing a round of wallballs, kettlebell swings and calories on the bike. Saturday we will be completing the Cupids 5k in Mesilla, take this opportunity to take your fitness outside, enjoy a run, a hike or an outdoor workout!
