We hope you all had a great Christmas week, just a reminder, our New Years schedule will be the same as last week’s Christmas schedule. There will only be morning classes on Tuesday and we will be closed on Wednesday. We truly hope you all have a wonderful end to 2019 and bring in the New Year with new goals.
Monday we will take on “Fight or Flight”, this AMRAP 20 has wallballs, hang power snatches, box jumps, front squats and calories on the rower where we are looking for you to get around 3 rounds done. “Aleve”, makes an appearance on Tuesday which is a buy in of calories on the assault bike, then 21-15-9 of shoulder to overhead and pullups, with a cash out of equal calories on the assault bike to finish it off. We will be closed Wednesday, enjoy the New Years rest day or get outside for a walk, hike or perform the at home workout in SugarWOD! Thursday we will pick back up with a two part workout out starting with a Romanian Deadlift strength piece of building to a moderate set of 6 reps. Then we will get after “Cheaper by the Dozen”. This is an AMRAP that goes up by 3 reps after each round of deadlifts, toes to bar and calories on the bike. Fridays FREE FRIEND FRIDAY workout is called “Speedo” where we are working in teams of 3 in an AMRAP 20. Movements include rowing, plate hops and thrusters. You will complete a full round before switching partners. “Quarter Pounder”, is set for Saturday. This has running paired with two dumbbell movements, of box step ups and hang clean and jerks!
