We hope everyone had a great night last night at the Christmas party, we loved seeing everyone’s faces and having the opportunity to bring together all our favorite people under one roof. Thank you to everyone who stopped by and we missed everyone that couldn’t make it.
We are starting the week off with “Wonderwall”, which is a longer workout with 5 rounds of double unders paired with either wallballs, burpees or deadlifts. Tuesday, we have a hang power snatch focus, starting by building to a heavy set of 3, then taking on “Castaway”. Completing a high rep scheme of air squats followed by calories on the rower and hang power snatches. We will all have a good Wednesday with “Happy Hour.” This workout is 3 rounds for time of 12 power cleans, chest to bar pullups, push jerks and toes to bar. Thursday Tabata is called “Eighth Grade”, which we will work through kettlebell swings, bike calories, kettle bell, box step ups and more bike calories. You will perform a full Tabata of one movement before we move to the next one. Thrusters will be our main focus for Friday, with a strength piece of building to a heavy single out of the rack. Then we will complete “Blitzen”, 5 rounds of calories on the rower and thrusters. This is a repeat workout from 10.29.18. Finally, Saturday brings us “Mile High”. In this longer chipper workout there will be running, power snatches, rope climbs and burpees.
