We hope everyone is full and happy after your Thanksgiving break! Let’s get after it this week. We will start on Monday with “Flinstones”; which is an AMRAP of wallballs, calories on the assault bike, toes to bar and alternating dumbbell snatches. Tuesday we’ll start with a pressing complex for our strength piece and then hit “Little Dipper”, a descending rep scheme of push jerks and lateral barbell burpees. Midweek you’ll hit a “Low Tide”, which is 3 AMRAPs of a buy in of rowing, followed by squat cleans and double unders, the reps will decrease while the weight increases. Thursday we will alllllll have a “Mood Swing”, which consists of calories on the assault bike, kettlebell swings and rope climbs. You’ll be working in teams of 2 on Friday with the workout “Out of the Box.” This AMRAP 30 has one athlete working at a time that has running and an increasing rep scheme of box jumps. Our big class Saturday will get “Hot and Heavy” in teams of 3. Movements consist of calories on the rower, pullups, power cleans and thrusters with weight on the barbell increasing each round.
