WOW! What a great week of training, we saw so many PR’s on 20.4 with first time pistols, big cleans and awesome jerks! We are so proud of you all and we hope you know how fun it has been to see everyone push themselves these past few weeks. This is the last week of The Open, so lets have some fun and work hard! Monday will kick off with “Open Concept,” this 15 minute workout has a 5 minute rest in between two AMRAP 5’s of rowing and wallballs. Tuesday’s focus will be on the power snatch. We will start with a strength style piece of an EMOM 12 of 3 power snatches, building in weight. Then we will jump into “High Noon.” This AMRAP has power snatches, pushups and chest to bar pullups. “My Fitness Pals,” makes Wednesday fun, with a 3 person team workout. This waterfall style workout has you completing reps inside a 1 minute window for 5 rounds. Thursday is our last week of GOAT day. This is an opportunity to choose two movements that you would like to work on and get a little extra skill work on. We will find out what Fridays workout will be, on Thursday night.
