For this week’s overview of December 10th through the 15th we start this week off with a two part workout. Part 1 will be a strength session with Back Squats. Then part 2 we hope you will not have a Nightmare on Elm Street performing “Freddy Krueger” with this Kettlebell Swing and Burpee workout. On Tuesday there will be an AMRAP “Crash Course” on 4 different movements of AbMat Sit-ups, Calorie Assault Bike, Chest to Bar Pull-ups and heavy Sandbag Over The Shoulder. Be sure to take notes 🙂 Then on Wednesday the Power Snatch is the focus. Everyone will start out by building to a heavy set of 5. Then who’s on First with “Play Ball” utilizing Power Snatches, Box Jump Overs and Wallballs. For Thursday’s movements, look forward to a full “Round Trip” with Rowing, Double Unders and Hang Squat Cleans. Friday’s forecast comes from the Steve Miller band with the “Joker”. Expect a chance of Toes to Bar with a 100% of Deadlifts criss crossing in the rep format. Finally, finishing this week off on Saturday; we have a 3 person “Team 10k Row” workout. Then it’s Christmas Party Time! Mark those Calendars 🙂

Inspiration can move us for a couple moments.
Motivation, hours. Maybe days.
But they’ll both run out.
Belief however, will never yield. Belief is unending.
When we believe to the core of our being in something, failure is not an option. We can get kicked down, beat up, thrown into the mud repeatedly… but it won’t matter. Because we’ll get back up. Belief knows nothing but, to try again. Until we succeed.
Yet one of the greatest tragedies in life is that we don’t believe.
We don’t believe we have control over our lives.
We don’t believe we have the capabilities, or if we ever will.
We don’t believe we’re the right person.
Yet one thing we can believe – that is it us, and only us, that can create the life we want. And if we can take that to heart, then there is nothing else to do, but to try once more. Until we succeed. Because belief, is irresistible.
