For this weeks overview we start Monday off with a “Bitzen” of functional movement. Working on our capacity to move large loads, long distances, quickly with heavy Thrusters and Rowing. On Tuesday we get challenged to build to a heavy 3 rep Hang Power Clean then move through a workout “Hangman” filled with Hang Power Cleans, Lateral Barbell Burpees and Dubz. For Wednesday grab your partner for a fast and furious Run for those Toes To Bar in this “Team Cement Mixer”. Then don’t be a “Deadbeat” on Thursday, cause there’s Deadlifts, lunges and Handstand Pushups “my favorite”. Friday’s moves requires a “Designated Driver” to Row, Bike and Burpee. Finally, on Saturday you won’t need “Overalls” to do this work; Running, Snatches, Thrusters and Clean & Jerks.
