We start the week off with some heavy singles of OHS, Snatch Balance and Snatch. Then Tuesday’s WOD will have a monostructural running, heavier weightlifting (in the WOD) and gymnastics. Wednesday’s piece is a “Fight Gone Bad-ish” style workout with 3 movements and a rest for five rounds involving wallballs, dumbbells and bikes. Thursday will have one part weightlifting (deadlifts/strict DB press) and one part cardio. Friday’s fitness is all body weight movements with rowing, Dubz and a girl named Cindy. Finally finishing off the week with a three person team workout on Saturday.
