Some more PR bell ringing on Tuesday’s Bench Press max 🙂 Our PR bell has had a work out and it is only Tuesday!! Doin the work and makin them GAINZ!!! We want to send a couple of our members off with warm wishes and thanks for being part of our DDCF family, sadly Patrick and Rebecca have had quick exits back home. We sure will miss them both! On the flip side of that we do have some more new faces ,so if you find one you are not familiar with make sure you get familiar 😛 You guys are the best!
Next weekend we will have some more excitement, we have several teams going over to Holloman Air Force base for a competition and Mohammad (OG & Savannah are graduating from NMSU as well). All the education going on; YES!!!! Keeping the mind and the body fit!

The ’MURPH’ is more than just a workout, it is a tradition that helps push us, humble us, and dedicate a bit of pain and sweat to honor a man who gave everything he had.
